Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

Because many of our pieces are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or handcrafted, slight signs of age or small variations may be present and form part of their unique character. These are not considered faults.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
