Refund & Return Policy
At Vstyle, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (jewellery box/pouch and any care cards).
 - Items must be in the same condition as received and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for items purchased at our pop-up events – these are eligible for exchange only.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or ear cuffs unless the item is faulty.
How to Start a Return
Email us at vstyleshop@yahoo.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). We typically respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with the return address and next steps.
Shipping Your Return
- Send returns via Royal Mail or another tracked service.
 - Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
 - Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
 
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Earrings and ear cuffs (hygiene)
 - Gift cards
 - Sale items
 - Custom or personalised pieces
 
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at vstyleshop@yahoo.com. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return as above. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
