Shipping Policy
Dispatch Times
All Vstyle orders are prepared with care in our London studio. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — estimated 2–4 business days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — estimated 1–2 business days from dispatch.
- Free UK Delivery on orders over £50 (Tracked 48).
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in our signature Vstyle packaging, ready for gifting. Wherever possible we use eco-conscious materials to protect both your jewellery and the planet.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you’d like to be notified when we open international shipping, please subscribe to our newsletter or contact us at vstyleshop@yahoo.com.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If you need to amend your address, email us immediately at vstyleshop@yahoo.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
While Vstyle isn’t responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier, we’ll always do our best to assist and resolve any issues with the carrier on your behalf.
